Kick-start your career with the NNIT Digital Business Consulting Graduate Program.
During 12 months you’ll acquire capabilities to become a skilled consultant, expand your toolbox and receive hands-on training and specialized mentoring. In other words, this opportunity is an investment in your career.
As part of this program, you’ll access a huge professional network in NNIT. You’ll get close to our customers and their businesses, and you’ll be able to add value from day one. The program starts in September 2022 and your workplace will be at our headquarter in Søborg.
As an NNIT graduate you’ll get the opportunity to work with some of the most skilled consultants within our four business areas: Cybersecurity, Digital Innovation, Management Consulting and Health Care. You’ll choose two modules within these areas, dependent on your interests. Each module lasts 6 months.
After completing the program, you’ll continue your career in NNIT as a consultant in Digital Business Consulting.
What to expect
The Digital Business Consulting Graduate Program lasts 12 months. During your time as a graduate, you’ll:

- Apply your knowledge to real-life projects adapted to your capabilities
- Participate in the Young Professionals Community, thereby accessing a network of other young professionals in NNIT

We ensure you receive a broad exposure to different types of projects. You’ll take part in customer meetings, and you’ll learn to understand and interpret the customer’s needs and, in collaboration with the NNIT organization, offer stable solutions that meet the expected quality.
You’ll also learn how to act as a trusted advisor and how to challenge and transform business requirements into holistic solutions that support NNIT’s technology standards and roadmaps.
Tasks vary from business case definition to workshop facilitation, from implementing digital transformation projects to executing on a security assessment for a customer. This will require that you are flexible in terms of taking on various roles for our clients. Examples of roles could be: Project Manager, Scrum Master or Business Analyst. You may also get to work on projects that require you to use digitalization tools such as HoloLens, PowerBI, PowerApps or Azure.

Your profile
You’re about to complete your master’s degree or have just completed it. Or maybe you have up to two years of work experience. You’re ambitious and focused, and you want to start a career as a consultant - delivering business critical IT projects to our many customers.
Most importantly: you’re eager to learn
- You have great interpersonal skills
- You have a strong interest in becoming a consultant within one of business areas (Cybersecurity, Digital Innovation, Management Consulting and Health Care)
- You have achieved good results in your studies
- You’re committed, self-driven and have a commercial mindset
- You have good English and Danish skills, both verbally and written
- You’re proficient with MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
You’ll be part of NNIT Digital Business Consulting
We’re around 100 consultants in our Digital Business Consulting unit, organized in strong teams within specialized knowledge areas. Your career development is important for us, and we’ll nurture your skills and competencies through strong collaboration, knowledge sharing and relevant training.
The program is based in Søborg but if relevant it will be possible to have a module at our Århus office.
