Career:
Before joining NNIT, Claus Rydkjær served as Group Chief Commercial Officer and CEO of the Managed Services business unit at Iver Group, where he was responsible for the group’s commercial strategy and led its largest business unit, focusing on operational efficiency, go-to-market transformation, and growth.

Prior to this, he was Managing Director and Nordic COO at Capgemini. Earlier in his career, he established and led DigitalBCG in Denmark at Boston Consulting Group, served as CEO of Mannaz Group, and held multiple Managing Director roles at Accenture.

M.Sc. in Economics & Business Administration – Finance, from Aarhus School of Business, Denmark/Oregon State University, US.

Career:
Carsten Ringius started his career as an economist in Skandia Liv in 2001 with focus on portfolio and risk management. In 2002, he joined A.P. Moller - Maersk where he held a number of leadership positions, including being responsible for Maersk finance process offshoring to service centres in India, China and the Philippines, CFO for Maersk Benelux, and Global Business Process Owner for Maersk Line Finance & Accounting. In 2011, he joined TDC as divisional CFO initially for TDC Wholesale, and later as divisional CFO for TDC Nordic and TDC Erhverv, including TDC NetDesign and TDC Hosting. In 2016, he joined K.W. Bruun Import as Group CFO.

Education:
MSc in psychology and business from Roskilde University and an Executive MBA from Henley Business School.

Career:
Prior to joining NNIT, Signe Nelsson held senior HR leadership roles within the financial and life science industries. Previously, she also acted as an Executive Advisor in the realms of public affairs and community engagement.

Education: 
Graduate in Marketing Management from Copenhagen Business College. Staff Seargeant, Royal Danish Airforce.

Career:
Lars B. Petersen started his career in IBM Denmark where he held a number of different positions from 1995-2007, including stationing in USA. Having begun his sales leadership career in 1997, he continued this path as sales director in NNIT in 2007. From 2011, he assumed responsibility for Marketing and Business Development; and later on he added Communications and Sustainability. As of 2023, Commercial Excellence was further added to his responsibilities.

Career:
Jason Xing joined NNIT in October 2007 as the first manager hired locally in China. Jason has been central to growing the NNIT business in China both as global delivery center and local business.

He was promoted to Corporate Vice President and NNIT China General Manger in January 2019.

Since April 2022, Jason Xing was made responsible for the NNIT offices in China and Singapore. Before NNIT, he worked in OTIS Elevators for 4 years as Senior Manager and Motorola for 7 years as Engineer and Manager.

Career:
Pia Bundgaard Ingels has beside her many years of sales and consultancy experience in NNIT worked as Senior Project Manager and Head of Projects with other IT consultancies like Valtech and T26.

Career:
Jens began his career at NNIT in 2008 and has since progressed through various roles, from Technology Office Architect to Senior Vice President and member of NNIT’s Executive Management team.

Before joining NNIT, he was employed at CA Technologies as a Software Architect and at Capacity Software A/S as a Principal Software Engineer.

Education:
BSc in Management from Temple University.

November 2020 (with the acquisition of Excellis Health Solutions).

Career:
In addition to his previous role as CEO of Excellis Health Solutions, Greg Cathcart has comprehensive experience from chief and sales executive roles within the life sciences industry, including Johnson & Johnson and SAP.
