What do you do at NNIT?

As an Advanced Business Consultant in Clinical Consulting at NNIT, my role involves advising clients on clinical trials and leveraging my background in pharmacy to enhance healthcare solutions. I transitioned from being an end-user in clinical trials to guiding others, and I’m passionate about driving innovations in this field. 

Why did you choose NNIT?

I was attracted to NNIT’s open and supportive culture. The opportunity for continuous learning and growth is invaluable, and the Scandinavian-inspired environment made my onboarding experience exceptional. Even our CEO, Pär Fors, personally welcomed new joiners, which made a big difference. 

How do you balance work and family life?

Balancing a career and family can be challenging, but NNIT’s flexibility, including remote work options, has been a game changer for me. It allows me to manage my family commitments while continuing to advance my career. The support from my manager and the company’s understanding of work-life balance is crucial. 

Who inspires you in your career?

I admire women who successfully juggle career and family responsibilities. My role models are the women around me who demonstrate that it’s possible to excel professionally while being present for your loved ones. And I do have one piece of advice I would like to give to my fellow women in Tech out there: Find a mentor and speak up. Fresh perspectives are valuable, and having guidance can help you navigate your career path effectively.
