Enterprise Excellence Conference 2026

The Lean Business Ireland Enterprise Excellence Conference returns on 10th June 2026 at Atlantic Technological University (ATU) Sligo. The conference brings together industry leaders, practitioners, and innovators from across Ireland and beyond to share insights on Lean, continuous improvement, digitalisation, sustainability, and operational excellence. Through keynotes, panel discussions, and parallel tracks, attendees will explore how Irish industry can continue to lead in enterprise excellence on the global stage.

Keith Moran from NNIT will speak in Track 1 – People, Leadership, Culture from 11:00am–1:00pm. The track explores how people, leadership and culture shape organisational performance, examining leadership in times of change, building inclusive and high-performing teams, developing future skills, and fostering cultures that support innovation, resilience and continuous improvement.
