Meet Christopher Lucas
Could you introduce yourself and explain your position in NNIT?
My name is Christopher Lucas and I work in Regulatory Affairs at our US office. I’m a Managing Consultant and Team Lead for US RA Delivery consultants and provide clients with Advisory and Delivery consulting.
What do you enjoy about working in NNIT?
Our consultants are some of the most knowledgeable people in industry. Whether it’s from Clinical, Quality, or Digital we always strive to answer questions and provide each other with ideas to keep pushing the envelope to make each other stronger and better.
What differentiates NNIT from other IT companies?
The depth of knowledge within the Life Sciences technologies area is second to none with this organization. We’re constantly looking for new pathways to help our customers achieve their goals or provide advisory support to new trends around the industry. This knowledge isn’t siloed and moves around our international groups, and we share this knowledge with our customers even if we’re working on different projects at the time. It truly is amazing.
Are there any specificities about your workplace in USA?
Our organization in the US is remote so I primarily work from my home office. However, this makes our organization stronger because we aren’t limited to talent in one geographical location and when on calls with our coworkers, we can talk about what’s going on in their lives to connect more.
What’s the best thing about your job?
I have great relationships with my co-workers compared to other organizations I’ve worked for and I’m always able to get my hands on new technologies and grow my career with ease.
Would you like to share with us some exiting projects you are working on?
Currently, I’m working on an Identification of Medicinal Product (IdMP) assessment learning about our customer’s inner workings for business process and data preparedness and an implementation of Common Technical Documents (CTD) templates for their user community. Both projects deal with the process of helping our customers speed up the access of life saving products into consumers hands and save countless lives.
