Digital transformation has become a top priority on the boardroom agenda and is expected to drive change in organizational structures and operations around the world. But how far have companies really come in terms of embracing digitalization and leveraging the new digital opportunities? Have organizations truly been transformed digitally? These are the overarching questions that the NNIT Expectation Barometer 2020 provides answers to.
For the past two years, we have delved into Digital at Scale, investigating the abilities of organizations to scale and streamline digital initiatives so that innovation becomes deeply entrenched. The report of this year's NNIT Expectation Barometer is finally here.
Your transformation has never been more important
This year, the NNIT Expectation Barometer was conducted just as the COVID-19 pandemic swept across the world – in the spring of 2020. Organizations had to find new ways of keeping their business running in a tense situation, and many were suddenly forced to operate in a setting of nationwide lockdowns that not only forced customers online but required widespread remote working too.
Insight from the engine room
In keeping with tradition, this report summarizes the key findings from the NNIT Expectation Barometer.
We rely on three sets of data: the answers provided by more than 200+ survey participants, knowledge from NNIT’s subject matter experts, and in-depth interviews with selected CIOs from large Danish companies, including Ambu, AP Pension, Coop, Danish Crown, DFDS, Lundbeck, and Norlys.
