This year, the NNIT Expectation Barometer was conducted just as the COVID-19 pandemic swept across the world – in the spring of 2020. Organizations had to find new ways of keeping their business running in a tense situation, and many were suddenly forced to operate in a setting of nationwide lockdowns that not only forced customers online but required widespread remote working too.

We rely on three sets of data: the answers provided by more than 200+ survey participants, knowledge from NNIT’s subject matter experts, and in-depth interviews with selected CIOs from large Danish companies, including Ambu, AP Pension, Coop, Danish Crown, DFDS, Lundbeck, and Norlys.
