Ticket Dashboard

The Ticket Dashboard provides you an overview of the highest priority tickets being handled by NNIT. It will provide the full list of open critical and high tickets that relate to your enterprise. For each ticket you will be able to see the following steps:

  • Assigned
  • In progress
  • Pending
  • Resolved

Below, you can see different examples of what The Ticket Dashboard looks like in the app.
