Kickstart your career as a consultant in NNIT’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations team and become the link between business and IT for some of the largest companies in Denmark.

You'll be working with the newest technologies within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, and you will acquire the capabilities to become a skilled consultant, expand your toolbox, and receive hands-on training and specialized mentoring. 1st Interviews- online

During the interview with the Graduate Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the program and to showcase your skills, motivation, and passion for the role.

Tip: We encourage you to prepare for the interview and ask any questions you may have about the role or the recruitment process.

2nd Interviews – on-site

Before the 2nd interview, you will be asked to complete the Personality Questionnaire. For some programs, you may be asked to prepare a short presentation, a case study, or a task.

Tip: Be honest with your answers to the questionnaire. Try to stick to the time and topic of the presentation – sometimes it’s better to make it simple but straight to the point.

Final Decision

After the 2nd interview, we will reach a final decision. We understand the importance of timely feedback, and we strive to provide clear and prompt responses to all candidates.

If you're selected for the position, we will extend an offer, and guide you through the onboarding process.

We require that you speak and write English fluently. In some cases, it is also important that you speak and write Danish. Please check the job ad.

Most of our programs are located at our headquarter in Copenhagen (Soeborg). For some programs, however, the location is Aarhus (Denmark), Karlsruhe (Germany) or Dublin (Ireland). Please check the specific job description.

NNIT is an international company, and we collaborate across borders. Many of the assignments you can be involved in are international – either because the customers are based in another country and/or as part of an international team delivering to the customer.

When you do customer facing tasks you may sometimes be working at the customer site.
