What you bring
You are a recent graduate or have 1-2 years of working experience, you're ambitious and focused, and you want to pursue a career within a certain field of expertise or technology.
Most importantly, you are passionate by nature and eager to learn.
Our graduates will:

• Work closely with a mentor and manager to support personal development

Step 1: We will carefully review your CV and motivational letter. We pay special attention to your motivation, mindset, experiences and academic achievements
Step 2: When we have reviewed all applications, we will invite a selected number of candidates to a physical or online interview, perhaps also an introduction meeting. You will meet with one or two of the hiring managers
Step 3: Selected candidates will be invited for a second interview (physical if possible). You will meet with a Recruitment Partner and the hiring manager(s) again and we will ask you beforehand to take either a logical or personal test (or both). We will go through the test results at the interview

Most of our programs are located at our headquarter in Copenhagen (Soeborg). For some programs, however, the location is Aarhus (Denmark), Karlsruhe (Germany) or Dublin (Ireland). Please check the specific job description.
NNIT is an international company, and we collaborate across borders. Many of the assignments you can be involved in are international – either because the customers are based in another country and/or as part of an international team delivering to the customer.
