What you bring
You are a recent graduate or have 1-2 years of working experience, you're ambitious and focused, and you want to pursue a career within a certain field of expertise or technology.
Most importantly, you are passionate by nature and eager to learn.
Our graduates will:

Step 1: We will carefully review your CV and motivational letter. We pay special attention to your motivation, mindset, experiences and academic achievements
Step 2: When we have reviewed all applications we will invite a selected number of candidates to an online interview, perhaps also an introduction meeting. You will meet with one or two of the hiring managers
Step 3: Selected candidates will be invited for a second interview (physical if possible). You will meet with a Recruitment Partner and the hiring manager(s) again and we will ask you beforehand to take a logical and personal test. We will go through the test results at the interview
All we require is that you speak and write English fluently.
The primary location is NNIT HQ in Copenhagen, Søborg. It may be possible to work from another location (Aarhus or international subsidiaries) for a specific time period, depending on your profile and graduate focus.
NNIT is an international company, and we collaborate across boarders. Many of the assignments you can be involved in are international – either because the customers are based in another country and/or as part of international team delivering to the customer.
When you do customer facing tasks you may sometimes be working at the customer site.
