Become an NNIT Graduate

Every year, we hire newly graduates who are passionate and curious about IT. Consider applying if you want to make your mark and improve business, processes and even life and society through technology.

The NNIT Graduate Program may be the right choice for you.
NNIT has extensive experience in developing and growing young talents and incorporate them into the NNIT family. We are proud of our Graduate Program and the entire organization supports our Graduates development and progress in each of their specific career paths.

Over the years, NNIT Graduates have had long and very exciting careers in NNIT and have grown both personally and professionally from the strong foundation of the NNIT Graduate Program.

The NNIT Graduate Program is designed to develop NNIT's future talents and it could be a perfect match for you, if you know you want to work with IT and technology - but you want to explore different technologies and roles before choosing your specific career path.

We support you in finding your true passion – and at the same time provide you with a unique understanding of NNIT's different business areas.

The NNIT Graduate Program consists of:

  • 18 months of solid experience. You will work on projects and service development alongside NNIT’s many highly skilled specialists and consultants.
  • Three modules – each consisting of 6 month – in three different departments of your own choosing across NNIT
  • Guidance and coaching from various Business Managers, a personal mentor and your Graduate Manager
  • A tailored training concept designed to accelerate your personal development
  • Selected training and certifications that match your abilities and ambition

A program tailored for you
One of the things that makes the NNIT Graduate Program so unique is that it offers you the opportunity influence your own career journey and identify what is truly your passion. You are given the chance to explore what career path is the right one for you.

You may be very interested in a specific IT area or technology. Alternatively, you may be more of a generalist with an IT or Life Sciences education. Either is suitable for our graduate program.

What you bring
We expect you to have a Master's degree within IT to join our graduate program. As we have a special focus on IT for life sciences in NNIT, the NNIT Graduate Program could also be an opportunity if you have a Master’s degree within life sciences (in that case, you do not necessarily need to have knowledge of IT).

In either case, you have achieved good academic results and you are passionate, focused on quality and a team player.

There’s quite a unique bond between us NNIT Graduates. We stick together and learn from each other – and this is a great support especially in the beginning of our careers.
