What do you do in NNIT? How long have you been with us?
It has been almost a year since I joined the NNIT Cloud Operations Global team, where we operate the cloud environments of multiple customers. In our team, we also participate in troubleshooting operational incidents, helping implementing different solutions using the newest technologies applied to the cloud in collaboration with our architects.
As a global team, we have colleagues in Denmark, China, and the Philippines, which allows us to exchange ideas and approach challenges from different perspectives, but with one common objective: to provide the best service to our customers. My journey in NNIT started back in 2016 in the position of Windows Specialist, but during my time in this company, I also had the opportunity to be part of the NNIT Database team.
These previous experiences provided me valuable skills for my current job, daily in the cloud environment.
What do you enjoy about working in NNIT?
It is always a joy for a technical person to have new challenges and work with very skilled colleagues across multiple technologies. I also love the degree of autonomy very much because your manager allows you to innovate and always listen to new ideas.
In NNIT, you can have a great degree of control between your personal life and your job. You work hard to maintain a high level of results, but at the same time, you keep a healthy balance with your personal life, making it a win-win situation.
Any career advice you would give to people interested in joining NNIT?
If you like to work in an environment where your managers trust your technical skills and listen to your advice, then NNIT is the place for you to be. Remember that nothing is perfect, so sometimes you need to be patient. Work as a team, and you will always find solutions for all technical and non-technical problems.
