The NNIT Management

Our management team consists of seven members, who are collectively responsible for running the NNIT business. Every day, they take the lead in moving our business forward and ensuring that tasks are completed, and issues resolved in accordance with the board's rules of conduct, the company's articles of association, and all applicable laws and regulations.

The management team is appointed by the Board of Directors of NNIT A/S.

The NNIT Management

Education:

Career in NNIT:
Per became CEO of NNIT in January 2007. He came from a position as CEO of CA Northern Europe and has previously been Director at SAS Group.

Career:
Pernille Fabricius came to NNIT with an international career within finance and experience from several global companies. 

She has worked as Group CFO and has experience with executive management and board work from +10 global companies and several industries.

Career in NNIT:
Ricco Larsen began his NNIT career in 1999 and has since been responsible for several areas in NNIT. Most notably in recent years, from 2011-2014, Ricco Larsen was General Manager for NNIT's operations in China, responsible for establishing NNIT's offshore development and support center, while also establishing local sales, consulting and delivery capabilities. From 2014, Ricco Larsen was made responsible for building NNIT's global operation service function, and was promoted Corporate Vice President in May 2015 assuming global responsibility for IT operations and support on all global outsourcing clients across NNIT's global delivery units and entities.

Career in NNIT:
Before joining NNIT in May 2010, Brit worked as HR Lead Denmark and Nordic Recruiting Director for Accenture Denmark. Previously she has worked with the Nuance Group, SAS Commuter and the Confederation of Danish Industries.

Career in NNIT:
Jacob Hahn Michelsen has worked in different management and sales roles, ranging from VP to General Manager. He has broad experience within consulting, ERP, technology and life Science, and has been responsible for delivery and sales organizations during his career. 

​In June 2009, Jacob joined NNIT as responsible for Application Management Services in the Life Sciences Division (now Application Outsourcing). From 2011 to 2015 Jacob was responsible for Novo Nordisk Group sales, and he was made responsible for NNIT Client Management in 2016.​

Career in NNIT:
Before joining NNIT in November 2017, Claus worked as CIO for the Danish Tax Authorities. Previously he has worked with Basware, SAP and the Municipality of Copenhagen.

Career in NNIT:
When appointed to Senior Vice President for Infrastructure and Application Services in January 2019, Søren had been with NNIT for almost a decade. Following his first position in NNIT Business Consulting in 2009, Søren moved to IT Operations Services (ITOS) division where he headed up NNIT’s first data center program and established a new global system for IT Service Management. Following his position as leader of NNIT’s ITOS project managers, Søren became member of the ITOS Management Group and managed different VP areas including Global Operations, before he moved to China in 2017 to take up the position as General Manager for NNIT’s operations and approximately 900 employees in China.
