Diversity Policy

​NNIT has special attention towards diversity in gender and nationality. This is one of the reasons why NNIT has adopted a Diversity Policy for Management Levels. The policy aims to increase diversity at management level of NNIT by ensuring equal opportunities for men and women, taking all recruitment criteria into consideration while, however, still maintaining the candidate’s qualifications as the key decisive factor for recruitment.

NNIT seeks to create an attractive working environment, which promotes equal career opportunities of men and women and continuously focus on any barriers that may prevent women from being appointed to management positions. For instance NNIT always aim to identify at least one candidate of each gender to any vacant management position.
