Ray McKinney, NNIT's Director West Coast Operations, managing teams covering IT quality assurance, quality records authoring, systems validation, and disaster recovery. He has supervisory and hands-on experience with deploying several SaaS systems including Veeva Quality, ComplianceWire, and TraceLink. 

His work in computer systems validation goes back to what may have been the first ever implementation of the GAMP guide in 1995. He specializes in quality systems development.
