Do you want to boost your agile competencies?

NNIT Academy offers two SAFe certification courses: SAFe Scrum Master and Leading SAFe

SAFe Scrum Master Certification: 25-27 March

SSM SAFe4.jpg

Unlike traditional Scrum Master training that focuses on the fundamentals of team-level Scrum, this three-days course explores the role of the Scrum Master in the context of the entire SAFe enterprise, and prepares attendees to successfully plan and execute the Program Increment (PI), the primary enabler of alignment throughout all levels of a SAFe organization. This includes learning the key components of Agile at scale development, how Scrum is facilitated throughout the enterprise, and how to execute Iteration Planning.

This course is targeted professionals who are new to the role as scrum master or need to understand their role in a SAFe enterprise, team leads who want to understand the Scrum Master role and for SAFe Release Train Engineers who would like to coach Scrum Masters.

Leading SAFe Certification: 8-10 April

SA SAFe4.jpgDuring this three-day course, attendees will gain the knowledge necessary to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise by leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®), and its underlying principles derived from Lean, systems thinking, Agile development, product development flow, and DevOps. They will discuss the five competencies needed to become a Lean Enterprise. They will also learn and practice the skills for supporting and executing PI Planning events, and coordinating multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).

This course is targeted executives, leaders and managers from across the organization, portfolio, program, project and process managers and enterprise, system and solution architects.
