At NNIT you get to discuss your opportunities and ambitions in a development session with your manager every six months. Together, you look at your current development and career path as well as new initiatives and training opportunities.


 

Career planning – ambitions and initiatives
We know you are highly educated and talented – and we want to continue your personal development. This doesn’t just help you; it continues the development of our company, too.

Our Annual Performance Improvement System (APIS) aids employee development. It’s the tool used at NNIT to describe your personal and professional development and evaluate your current competency level. Together with your manager, you put your ambitions into words and make a plan for your short and long-term development.

De​velopment and job rotation
Talented and at the forefront. That’s the way it has to be, and it’s why, we offer a wide range of training courses and certifications in addition to job rotation – it could be in areas like Microsoft, SAP, and Oracle, as well as project management, for example PRINCE2.
