If we feel your application looks promising, we will invite you to a first interview. This is normally conducted by the head of the team you have applied to join.

If your first interview goes well, we will call you back for a second and final interview. Prior to attending the second interview, you will need to complete a personality test (click the link below for information about the test). The second interview is conducted by an HR consultant and a manager – ordinarily the person who conducted your first interview.

We think of our interviews as a way of establishing a dialogue – so you can learn more about the job and NNIT, and we can assess your qualifications and find out whether you and NNIT would be a good match.
