Profiles
For the programme we are looking for ambitious and newly qualified profiles with university level higher educations with interest and flair for IT. You could be a graduate in for instance computer science, an IT engineer, cand.it. or cand.merc.dat.
Throughout your studies you have attained good results and you are not afraid of challenges.
The programme
As a graduate you will get to know the whole organisation. The programme consists of 3 modules, operation, development, and the consultant trade and lasts for 18 months:
- Operation covers implementation and maintenance of e.g. servers and networks along with contract negotiation. The tasks can vary from being very technical to project management across several departments
- Development covers development and maintenance within a number of different technologies and environments – for instance applications, portals and document management. Here too, the tasks vary according to individual wishes and competencies
- As a business consultant you deal with for instance consulting and making IT knowledge operational in areas such as e.g. security, strategy, quality management and change management
Each module is of 6 months duration and will take place as on-the-job-training in the different NNIT departments.
You will obtain a lot of practical experience through your participation in actual projects which contain both professional challenges as well as a large responsibility for delivery on customer projects. At the end of the programme you will be offered a permanent position in NNIT.
Personal development
Not only your professional, but also your personal development is of great importance in the NNIT Graduate Programme. From the first moment you will be assigned your own personal mentor who will support your development. During the programme you will also be in close contact with the other graduates in NNIT.
There is a strong additional focus on education and learning within the programme and you will therefore be given the relevant courses and certifications in accordance with your wishes to a future profile. You will to a great extend be able to influence the direction of your future career.
All in all you will obtain a wide range of knowledge and a large network across the organisation which you can use later in your career.
