The five career paths

At NNIT, you can choose between five different career paths. This gives you the perfect opportunity to find the path that best matches your interests, talents and needs.

A career path is, however, not a set path without obstacles along the way. And it isn’t just one path – upward. A good, fruitful career can just as likely contain different, well-considered changes of direction so as to avoid becoming what some would call one-sided. And the career path can quite easily contain a couple of ‘breaks’.

The five career paths are listed below. Under each career path, you can also read about employees at NNIT who are on separate tracks. They have widely differing backgrounds and different ambitions, but that’s exactly what is typical of NNIT. We can quite easily be different and yet pull in the same direction.

Manager – Responsible for daily management of a project team and for the development of the team’s services.
Project Manager – Responsible for management of projects and for the completion and quality of projects.
Partner Manager– Responsible for contact with NNIT’s customers and recruitment of new customers.

Solutions Specialist – Responsible for development of solutions of high technical quality.
Operations Specialist – Responsible for the operation of IT systems.
