NNIT focuses on the development of its employees’ competencies. No matter how skilled and talented our employees may be, NNIT’s goal is to develop individuals to help them achieve an even higher level. Both professionally and, of course, personally.

In this regard, NNIT has developed a tool for employee development, a tool known by the acronym APIS (Annual PerformanceImprovement System).

Each year, all employees at NNIT prepare a career plan describing both personal and professional development.
The plan is based on the employee’s desires and is prepared together with their manager.


Employee and manager together identify the employee’s current skills level and desires for future development both in the short and longer terms.


The aim of the plan is to ensure that the employee gets an opportunity to plan his or her career development so that it matches personal and professional ambitions.
