It’s one thing to be the best. It’s quite another to become even better. But, when it comes to the development, servicing and operation of IT solutions, NNIT can and will do both.

That’s why in 2003, NNIT established its own academy with a curriculum that will inevitably help to strengthen the skills of our employees even further. The aim of the Academy is to give all NNIT employees a broad understanding of the complexities of the pharmaceutical industry today – and provide insight into what it takes to create and improve NNIT’s success.

The Academy concentrates on three main aspects: Pharma, Quality and NNIT’s culture.

On 1 August 2003, the NNIT Academy opened its doors for the first time. And a year later, some 90% of NNIT’s employees had completed the first courses at the Academy. All employees – both current and new – must participate in an entire course.

NNIT Academy has to develop – just as employees must. The current line manager course must be integrated, and new core competencies must be cultivated. NNIT Academy is here to stay – and create best-in-class competencies.
