Karsten began in NNIT as Corporate Vice President and CTO 1 May 2008.
His previous occupation was as analysis manager at IDC, where he analyzed and commented on the development of the IT market.
Furthermore, he has experience as project manager at PPU Maconomy, consultant at TietoEnator and marketing manager and development manager at Telia.
The career began in 1988 in the marketing department at Schultz Information.
