PRESS RELEASE

NNIT continues to grow
NNIT saw progress on all fronts in 2007. Turnover increased 15% to DKK 1,165 million. This growth occurred in every customer group and business area. In addition, NNIT welcomed 372 new employees in 2007.

Today, NNIT published annual accounts showing a turnover of DKK 1,165 million and profit before tax of DKK 159 million. This turnover, up 15% from 2006, meets all expectations for the year.

The year saw growth among all of NNIT’s customer groups, both domestically and internationally, in the pharmaceutical industry as well as in the public and private sectors. A series of new agreements with customers in Jutland, Denmark led NNIT to open new offices in the cities of Aarhus and Silkeborg.

International growth
During the past year, NNIT has also grown internationally. We expanded activities at our offices in Switzerland and the Czech Republic and signed agreements with new European customers. Our newly opened subsidiary in China had 37 employees at the end of 2007, and we expect to double that number in 2008.

With a stronger international presence, we can offer our customers the best IT services and employ the world’s most highly qualified staff.

More employees
During the year NNIT hired 372 new employees, bringing the year-end total to 1,167. Overall employee satisfaction for 2007 was 4.2 out of a possible 5.

One of the IT industry’s greatest challenges is high employee turnover. This is also a challenge for NNIT, though turnover declined at the end of the year. The company always has an eye on this challenge, and has put extra focus on management skills, careers development and a flexible bonus scheme. In other words, NNIT is a cultivator of careers.

Growth going forward
According to CEO Per Kogut, NNIT’s growth strategy will continue:

“2008 got off to a great start. We have exceeded sales forecasts for the year’s first months, and our pipeline looks stronger than ever before. We see a continually growing number of customers in all groups choosing to work with us,” says Per Kogut.
