Trust. Dialogue. And clear agreements. Every six months, you will participate in a development interview with your manager, in which the two of you discuss your opportunities and ambitions. The interview is based on your current development and career path and focuses specifically on new initiatives and education.
No matter how highly-educated and talented you already are, it is our ambition to support your personal development and thereby the development of the entire organisation.
We use a tool for employee development called APIS (Annual Performance Improvement System). In APIS, you describe your personal and professional development and identify your current competence level in collaboration with your manager. Together you put your ambitions into words and make a plan for your development in the short and long-term.
Talented and at the forefront. It’s simply has to be that way. Therefore, in addition to job rotation, we offer a wide range of training courses and certifications in areas including Microsoft, SAP, and Oracle, as well as project management, i.e. PRINCE2.
