Our evaluation process is called EVALGO, and covers evaluations of both the customer and the project participants:
- Team’s evaluation
- Project participant’s evaluation
- Project manager’s evaluation
- Project participant to project participant evaluation
- Customer’s evaluation
The purpose of EVALGO is to examine and evaluate experiences that can later be used to improve processes. In this way, experiences are brought to life and become an integrated part of our business culture.
